Does anyone know if cms gets backdated!?

Ex stopped paying 2 weeks ago. Going to cms, will it be backdated the 2 weeks he hasn't paid?

Backdated to when you ring them up and initiate the claim.

If he has been paying as Cms has made a calculation and he is paying you direct they will pursue him for the payments he has missed. If he does not pay and it goes onto collect and pay he will pay 20% more and you will receive 4 or 5 % less. But any payments he has missed should be added as arrears

It's was a private agreement that he's stopped paying.

Stupidly I thought it would be backdated.

He's self employed and I've hair done a calculation which shows he should be paying more than he was anyway.
