All the coats! All the coats...

I have been binge watching Shetland. It's wonderful,

Simultaneously, in the last two weeks I have ripped my waterproof coat and the zip has broken on my lovely warm long puffer.

The coats on Shetland are AMAZING! I love them all and want a wonderful combo of them all. But they all just have one signature coat each.

AIBU that they can't possibly have just the one coat when I live in a very un-Shetland place and I -want- need two?

Well I have many coats.
I do walk though, as in I walk to work and live quite rurally.
One coat is not enough for me.
I have jackets for summer,jackets for nights out. A couple of lightweight waterproof coats for warm weather.Then I have at least one ‘autumn’ coat. It’s warm and waterproof. I have a duffle coat which I wear in autumn too. I have a best winter coat for posh events. I also have a ‘deepest winter coat.’ It’s very, very warm, Like a blanket. That is my maximum heat coat.
Once spring comes I’ll transfer to my lightweight, warm padded coat. I wear this for days out and non rainy days.
I also have a best coat in a smaller size from when I was thinner.
