What we need is a file card sorter, like my mum used to have for finding contractors before MS Office had been invented.

Each person's information went onto a file card with series of holes and slots for various criteria. The cards all went into a long box with holes at each end. When you wanted to find someone you stuck skewers through the holes for the criteria you wanted (or it may have been the ones you didn’t want) then turned the box upside down and only the cards for people who matched all the requirements dropped out.
