HELP&AVDICE toddler bumped head

Didn't know were else to post and want traffic!! Sorry....

1 year old was running today, chasing her older brother and fell over one of his toys and bumped her head on tiled floor. Did go with abit if a bang in my opinion
Obviously she cried but she has an egg with bruising and she soon settled after it happened with a cold compress, she's been her usual self, eating, drinking and walking about no bother. She was laughing pretty much after she did it.
The bump is circle and feels soft
111 said not to worry as she has an egg where she hit and hasn't been sick or anything she is her usual self just keep ontop of calpol & health visitor was due today to conveniently and said she wouldn't worry either as she seems her usual self and isn't effected by it or had any side effects

I'm really seriously over thinking it but WWYD ? she's number 4 and I'm so worried over every little thing with her and I don't know why as Iv never been like this with the others
Please no hateful comments just want some advice.

Oh I remember these times! Honestly if she’s not been sick, not sleepy and she’s been checked by the health visitor and NHS 111, I wouldn’t worry. Easier said than done, but she’s your baby of course you will worry!

@Lochness1975 thank you! I am glad the HV got to see her and 111 went through everything an I did say she had an egg etc they called back not long ago to check how she's doing.
But It really is easier said then done but come 6 o'clock she have everyone a kiss an took herself to bed so I dare wake her she's the devil when she's woken up but she will happily wake me haha
Just keeping a very very very close eye on her, typical this happens the day before seeing Santa x
