The benchmark for medical attention for burns is a 10p piece I think and that looks bigger so I'd call definitely.

Ime burns do go very red around. It doesn't look slimey or yellow gunk or anything. I would get it checked out anyway though, and then you can discuss your meds.

That looks fairly deep so it'll need a proper dressing whilst it heals. You can get non-stick and petroleum covered guards.

It needs a professional to check it, it’s not possible from a photo. However, judging from the photo it’s unlikely to be infected but it is deep and wide. It needs protecting and you need face to face healing advice from a pharmacist or doctor. Without proper care it could have problems

What can you do to sort the meds? Is it a cal / online appointment? Can you start the ball rolling on that today?

I’m under crisis team & cmht, they’re upping my meds & I have a telephone appt tomorrow with their in house counsellor x
