To send a parcel back weeks after the 28 day return window?

DH just found a parcel (2 dresses) that was meant to be sent back to SimplyBe weeks ago. It had slid under the seat in the car!

What would they do if I sent it back now?

I think they’d just refund you. They’re not gonna send them back to you lol

Not sure about Simply Be but normally items bought in November or December have until the end of January to be returned, so hopefully you'll be okay!

Does it say anything on the labels? Adidas say something like valid for 30 days from printing.

Tereseta · 16/12/2023 16:29

Worst thing that will happen will be they return them to you and charge postage. This time of year its normally extended as pp said so should be OK. I would still sent.

booktokbear · 16/12/2023 16:30

I only know as I had this problem. Wish I'd just sent it now!

Onceuponaheartache · 16/12/2023 16:31

Asos and boohoo advise they will return to you and charge you the postage (can you tell i have done similar lately)

I would check the t&c's and maybe call their customer services team. If they won't take back vinted them?

floofbag · 16/12/2023 16:32

Send it back , they may send it back to you and charge you or send you a refund voucher to use on their website .

Either way if you don't want it then it's worth a try or donate it to charity or vinted / eBay the item .
