What a way to go (light-hearted)

I wasn't really sure where to post this, didn't quite fit in the small pets topic.I just have to get it off my chest (no pun intended).
I've had a long day, I just took my bra off, flung it on 'the chair' for tomorrow, bent over to pull off my socks off, face near aforementioned bra. Something caught my eye - got closer (glasses were off) there was a spider on my bra - a dead squashed spider. My soul near left my body.
I showered around 4pm before putting on clean clothes (bra included) and going to get my hair done. All that time I've been smothering a spider with my booby.
I can't sleep, I've washed my boob in the sink obvs to get the spider bits off but it's all I can think about. Shudder.
YABU - You should just get over it

If its any conciliation I walked down in the dark to go to work in stocking feet and squelch/pop........yes I actually heard it pop it was so big.......giant slug🤢splattered all over my foot, still traumatised 😳

Ooh similar to above, I was sat at work and could feel something in my stiletto, think I even touched it and when I finally looked after trying to get my foot comfy for a while it was a smushed slug

My worse insect related trauma was one night at the cinema. I'd got home from work, got ready and in clean clothes to go out. Sitting in cinema I kept getting a sharp pain near my little toe but as in a dark quiet cinema couldn't investigate. Got home took off shoes and socks and found a living earwig nestled between my little toe and the one next to it. It had obviously been nipping at me trying to escape all evening.

I always double check washing I've hung out on the line now, just in case!

One morning when I was getting ready to leave the house, I had to nip out to the garage to get some de-icer. When I got back in the house something caught my eye just over my shoulder. It turned out an effing mahOOsive spider had hitched a lift in from the garage on my coat.

I whipped my coat off and threw it on the kitchen floor, and grabbed the hoover to catch the bugger. But of course it was hiding under my coat. So I used the hoover to whack my coat repeatedly and make the critter show itself.

It worked eventually, and I calmed down enough to drive to work. But it occurred to me that if my neighbour had happened to glance over the fence at my patio door she'd have seen what appeared to be a person lying on the kitchen floor and me knocking seven bells out of them with a hoover.

Im not really bothered by spiders. Up to a certain size I’ll just grab them with my hand. The big ones I’ll use the glass and paper method of disposal. But…..one morning I found one sooo big I drove to my mums house to get her to come and shift it. It. Was. Fecking. ENORMOUS!!!!

I thought this was going to be "what a way" for you to go in a bra pinging sock slipping accident of some kind

Once I had an itchy leg and I was wearing tight jeans. It got to the point where I was like 'I really need to look at my leg' so I dropped trou and out flew a wasp 😬

At an event in the summer I was unpacking my stock and this massive spider was on a dress on a hanger

I threw my handful if clothes on the floor and ran out

A "big strong" man offered dlto help rescue me - went over to the gazebo and ran out of it very quickly

Apparently he thought I'd been exaggerating how big it was - larger than my palm - big black thing with thick hairy legs

Eventually 3 other men dealt with it!!
