Frustrated online shopper

Honestly I do know I'm being unreasonable, but for the past THREE DAYS I've been trying to place an order with Debenhams and Oasis but can't get past the bag to process the payment. Such a freaking level of frustration. Has anyone else noticed issues with them? I tried to contact their customer service but no response. Can't see as good items anywhere else want to screeeeeeeeeeeeeeem

I had this a few years ago with Debenhams and, on the online chat, they said no issue their end and to try on a different browser. I’m usually safari on iPad but I switched to google and it went through fine. Worth trying a different browser maybe? It was Christmas time when I had issues too.

Clear your cache and cookies and give it another go

I did clear the cookies but not the cache, I'll give that a go.
