Sorry not much of an Aibu but desperately needing ideas quickly!
Aibu to ask what snack type food you would do for a 16th birthday party?
My daughter doesn't want a full buffet just snacks like crisps but can't think of anything except crisps! I've got so much swimming around in my head with it being nearly Christmas and the party tomorrows I can't think of anyt else except party rings and I think they might be seen as babyish!
Idea please 🙏

There are a ton of Christmas nibbly bits in the supermarkets at the moment, would she not like a few packs of those?
The obvious stuff is sausage rolls, charcuterie, garlic bread, pigs in blankets, chips and dips etc.

Sausage rolls, pizza, cheese, grapes, houmous, dips, pringles, breadsticks...?

A couple of the big squares pizzas cut into fingers
Few packs of the Christmas buffet stuff.. mini burgers etc
Marshmallows/ maltesers/chocolate buttons

Food they can just grab and eat,
Big bucket of popcorn,
Twiglets, cheeselet things, jaffa cakes, chocolate fingers, party rings, cheese straws, those big marshmallows, bowls of mini gems, wine gums ,skittles. If you want to cook a couple of big pizzas I'd do a cheese and tomato and a pepperoni one, you could do Nuggets and mini sausage rolls.

Thanks everyone, Mumsnet to the rescue! She said she doesn't want 'proper' food like pizza etc which is what's made it so tricky. But some great ideas here so I'm off to the supermarket!
