Xmas present ideas - 7&8??

Could people please share what they are getting their kids this year?

Mine are age 7&8 , girl and boy . I am struggling this year a little....

If anyone has any original ideas!!

What are they into? DS1 (7) likes star wars, lego, football, and dogman/captain underpants books.

8 yr old has loads of Lego and doesn't play with it. He likes football and we have bought pop up goals. He has a switch but doesn't need any new games .

I'd go on to the Christmas forum. My GD is starting to want nail care sets and body sprays etc. She's getting a new IPad but also things like crystal growing kits. A tamagotchi, my other GD is getting a Bitzee. She likes themed stationery. Robucks are constantly on her list. Family members have bought vouchers for Chill Factore, bounce places, sky diving etc.

Do they play any musical instrument?
Board games , great for bonding
Scooters
Karaoke machine
Wii, so they can dance, play games etc

Already have a trampoline and karaoke 🎤 machine. I have bought some board games. It just feels like there are no decent toys out there for kids anymore. Or is that just me?

How about a rebound net for lots of fun ball games in the garden? I think I’m going to get one for my dd next year, as I didn’t find about them till recently. The Christmas board gave me the idea - there are loads of great threads with ideas for 7/8 year olds. Let us know what you get if you have time amidst all the wrapping!
