Blood Test - Should I be worried?

Attended a long awaited appointment with a dermatologist yesterday, and was prescribed Doxycycline. Dr requested that i have my bloods done before i leave. I've just received a notification from the app that the results are in. I appear to have low RCC and high MCV...of course i've googled this combination and the results vary from nothing to worry about to oh you're likely dying.... i've not heard anything from the hospital yet but in the meantime are there any experts on here that can put my mind at rest?

They're really only just outside normal, I doubt a GP would be concerned. I once had extensive blood tests done and my GP said it was the first time he'd ever seen results when every single one was within the normal range.

Could be a bit aneamic, if it was urgent they would have rang you I'm sure x.

All those, plus lowish haematocrit suggest a tendency to anaemia, but nothing clinical yet. Maybe try a multivitamin, especially if you’ve been feeling a bit tired.

My low red blood cells was anemia so now on iron, not what the other thing is.

Well i received no calls from the Dr today so assuming all is fine lol x
