Next and Evri

I was supposed to have a delivery I payed a lot for in postage Sunday but it never turned up. Evri’s site say it should have come today but it hasn’t and to call the sender. The number on the Next site just says call failed. How on earth am I supposed to do that? What a rubbish service.

Evri are rubbish.
I no longer buy from companies when I know they use them for deliveries. I always let them know that’s why too - maybe if we all did either companies wouldn’t use them or Evri would get better.

Have you got a Next account?
If you go on the next site they have a service where you ask for a call back.
Always have a real human call me within five minutes.

Are you in Oxfordshire? Our lorry (I'm a courier) was involved in an accident yesterday, and the contents have been impounded while the police investigate. Obvs you should have been told if it's not coming.

I was waiting for a next delivery today, SE got an email saying it was delayed and should be delivered in the next few days!! It is really frustrating as I use next for the quick delivery.

I've had so many issues with Evri over the last couple of weeks, still waiting for a parcel from the 1st (also in SW). Their chat bot is rubbish but I did find a link on there where you can request a call back, if you click on that you can ask an email or a call. I've actually had several emails from someone trying to help, I still haven't got it, but I've got updates at least. Like the PP going forward I won't be buying off any company that uses them.

I’ve had an issue with Evri over the last couple of weeks. I painfully navigated their website and somehow managed to open a case and they then got in touch with me via email to resolve. This is the email address they contacted me from: [email protected] - hopefully this helps!

I’ve had an email to say my next parcel has been delivered by Evri. it hasn’t. I’ve looked everywhere. The proof of delivery photo is just a black square.
Phoned them up and they’ve refunded that item and are sending it out again. Not holding my breath though!

Evri are terrible where I live. They come once a week despite promising a two day delivery service.

I only order from companies who don't use them and at a push I get it delivered to work. Which is only 20 mins away, but another company have the evri contract and magically can deliver when they say they will.

At home I have had 5 next orders go missing - I swear the delivery driver is wearing my clothes!!!

Getting in touch with a human at Evri is near on impossible.

Next will probably say it’s out of their hands as it’s with the courier and wait for an update from them. Which isn’t helpful.

I live in a small town where we have a local “Facebook Moan” page which our local Evri driver uses to update the town on the volume of parcels he has to deliver and if there are any delays at the depot.

I ordered something from vinted that has users Evri and it says it's been "out for delivery" for 11 fucking days they are useless
