Probably a fetish. There are too many sick people about. But it’s probably not inclusive to say that.

They make me think of the 'adult baby' thing as well, which makes my skin crawl.

However... I think these 'adult dummies' are also used by people who have compulsive habits like nail-biting or smoking, and also by ravers off their faces on the kinds of drugs that make you grind your teeth and gurn like a maniac.

As for the rest of them, whether they're using it for a fetish or due to drug use, etc., gross! Why is it decorated to look like one for an actual baby? That makes me think it's marketed towards the baby fetish crowd.
