Left an awful job with no training. Started my new job, it’s only 3 people (me, someone same level as me and manager).

My colleague has only been there 6 weeks longer than me and I’m getting trained by her whilst my manager ignores me. Colleague got direct training from manager, got to shadow her etc and it feels like she can’t be bothered to do it with me because it’s so soon.

I don’t want to be trained by someone who’s new herself. I’m tired of working in a job where no one wants to ever invest any time in me.

Surely this person wouldn't be able to train you if they didn't know what they were doing!

Depends what you are doing really....is it closer to heart surgery or office administration?

Someone who has only recently been trained may actually be better as someone who has been doing a rask long term often skip steps without realising it. Why don't you see how it goes before dismissing it?

I don't think "sensitive" is the right word, but I can understand you feeling frustrated.
