Gah I’m so frustrated.
I signed up for a Kitty cafe subscription box in October, and they charged me in November as well.
They’ve sent nothing. I’ve called repeatedly, emailed repeatedly, they’re always ‘waiting for the higher ups who deal with this’ to help.
I’ve tried to do charge back with the bank, it’s ‘not able to process it at this time’.
It’s £33.95 x2 and it’s Christmas and I’d quite like the money back! (I’ve also been waiting for a bloody Oodie order since 15/11 and that’s another present I’ve got to replace.)
Any ideas what I can do, short of turning up at the actual cafe and staging a sit-in until they refund?
