To hope I can still get refunded

Hi all,

I bought a ring a month ago and it's broken.

It's under a one year warranty, but I don't have the payment card I used as it was frozen due to fraud and a new one sent out.

I can prove I purchased the ring from that account, and I have my receipt and order details, so will I still be able to be refunded?

If it is faulty you should certainly be entitled to a refund.

You don’t need a payment card, just a receipt is fine
