Smart meter not working

Has anyone got the same issue? My smart meter is updating my daily figures, currently about £10 a day, but my monthly use is at £18 when it should be at about £45. It seems to update for everything apart from the central heating. Couldn't get through to utility warehouse today but it took me a while to notice so have used more energy than had hoped. Anyone know if it is an easy fix?

I'm having issues with mine - only recording electricity use, not gas. With Octopus. They're sending out an engineer but not until January...

I've turned it off and on again and it's now changed all my readings. I have no idea now how much energy I have used or am using. It is so frustrating.

Same issue with Octopus and gas, happened last winter too. They replaced both the gas and electric meters this Spring and working fine until October now nothing again. TBH I wish we hadn’t bothered with one, still have to give a gas reading every month.

See the issue I have is really odd. When I look back each day for how much I've used it tells me between £4 and £13 a day, but my monthly reading only updates when I use my washing machine, kettle, iron etc etc. But my central heating only updates on my daily figures. It doesn't make sense!
