Spirit guides

Is anyone into this? I read a lot of books about things like this. I was reading a book recently about an Irish man who talks to his spirit guide.
He sits down and writes questions and just feels the answers coming and writes them.

Has anyone done it? I'm quite into this sort of thing and I'm going to try it

Yeah thats one side - the skeptic side , which you're entitled to.

But I beleive in spirit guides. Does anyone else?

I've been trying the method of writing channeling. like writing a question and then writing the answer I feel coming

Is that like automatic writing? I have yet to try it, it's on my list of things to try out :) I have had luck contacting mine through dreams. I find it easiest in that state. If I have a problem, I condense it down into a short sentence, 4-5 words, then repeat the sentence like a mantra as I fall asleep.
