To think I've been scammed by zavetti?

I ordered a coat for my daughter from this website. It seemed genuine. I've had no confirmation email, no parcel and nobody is answering their live chat. Does anyone know about this company? I paid online using debit card so I'm stuffed for getting the money back aren't I? The payment went to a company called footasylum. Neither website have a phone number I can call. 😢 Gutted. If anyone has any advice it'd be gratefully received.

Foot Asylum is a shop like JD that sells trainers and sports clothing. Can you contact them for a way to contact Zavetti?

I've paid for stuff on my debit card before and was scammed. Called the bank and they refunded the money. Its worth a shot!

Oh no , reviews on Trust pilot aren't great , many saying similar to you but the goods did arrive eventually.

Well this is embarrassing... It's just been delivered. But I did check my spam folder and the only email I've had from them was to say confirmation emails were delayed. With no other contact and nobody answering live chat I panicked. Thanks

It sounds fine. I have a Zavetti coat and I bought it from Footasylum.

It's a good coat! Although sometimes I worry that I look a bit mutton as loads of teens wear them (I'm 40 😂).
