Sensitive bladder pads??

im 41 and seem to have developed a sensitive bladder. In particular during sport.

So I literally just bought myself some Always pads for this. But I have questions.

Do I just pop a pad on and change it when necessary? Do I use a tampon AND a pad when on period? Do I just use a normal sanitary pad? Are they the same as sanitary pads? Any other brands you recommend?

I don't think you are being unreasonable at all, I would massively struggle if this happened to me, especially at this age, you are quite young to be suffering with this.
It is one of my fears as the ladies in my family have struggled with this too and I'm concerned I'm next.
That being said, you can get an operation to help with this. My grandma has had it and it solved the issue for her, so aside from the pads issue (which I'm afraid will just have to be trial and error, and you'll find it what's most comfortable for you), I would definitely speak to your GP and see if there is anything more permanent that can be done to help you.
