It would have to be a very nice sandwich.

bogie · 13/03/2008 17:21

whats in it?

Mumcentreplus · 13/03/2008 17:21

Ok...was there salmon,caviar and gold-leaf involved?

Kathyis6incheshigh · 13/03/2008 17:22

You need to describe the context and contents of said sandwich.

mrsdannydyer · 13/03/2008 17:22

bogie · 13/03/2008 17:24

No way £7 far to much for a chicken sandwich but a nice fillet steak sandwich i wouldn't mind paying £7

dizzydixies · 13/03/2008 17:25

does that mean you don't want my sandwich bogie

Mumcentreplus · 13/03/2008 17:26

ok was the chicken flecked with gold-leaf then?

Kathyis6incheshigh · 13/03/2008 17:26

Was chicken organic/free range?

bogie · 13/03/2008 17:27

no sorry but if you find some mugs that will pay £7 for a chicken sandwich we can go into business together

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 13/03/2008 17:30

Lol where? and what?

My friend recently stormed out of a sandwich shop near leicester square after ordering a chicken salad sandwich for £3.50 and seeing them pull out tesco value bread.

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 13/03/2008 17:31

Oh the irony that it is called a mcdonald sandwich.

bogie · 13/03/2008 17:31

I would pay £7 for that

dizzydixies · 13/03/2008 17:32

thud over price of McDonalds in london

sparklyfairypie · 13/03/2008 17:32

£7 is like my weekly food budget!!!

BeMyLilBaby · 14/03/2008 11:33

well being as up her own as mrs DD proved in her contentuous thread yesterday re: BF i would of thought this would be mere piffle!!

BeMyLilBaby · 14/03/2008 11:36

Was the £7 Sandwhich in the "old farm tea shoppe" mrs DD???

VictorianSqualor · 14/03/2008 11:40

Tesco value bread for £3.50

Bumdiddley · 14/03/2008 11:41

Yes BeMyLilBaby, rather selfish and lazy if I can remember correctly?

BeMyLilBaby · 14/03/2008 11:51

Indeed according to MRS DD!! I mean being as well to do i would have thought £7 the BAre minimum...just goes to show you can be as high up on your horse as you like and still not have enough common sense (prob cos its commonlol)to NOT BUY a sandwich for friggin£7!!!!

chrissnow · 14/03/2008 11:54

Well I think it's selfish to pay 7 quid for a sarnie when there are starving people in the world.
And damn lazy to not make your own in the first place.
