Emergency dentist fillings

Can the 111 emergency dentists do temporary fillings?

Saw an NHS dentist on Wednesday and booked in for two deep fillings one on the 13 Dec and the other on 18th

I had no pain before the appointment but now have pain in the tooth on the left the gum seems a bit swollen vut feel well. Can the emergency dentists do any kind of temp filling?

Also any chance the dentist would agree to a deep filling with out anasthetic? They said they need to do the one on the right first because xray showed closer to the nerve and said it would be two appointments because it would be difficult to numb for two lower teeth on different sides. I can tollerate and stay still for painful procedures, eg a colonoscopy with no sedation. Would prefer to have 15 mins of pain as soon as possible if it gets rid of pain on eating
