Can this be fixed?

Bought this today for the tree and in the minute I was out of the room looking for more baubles my horrible beagle has taken it off the tree and mauled it 😭

I know nothing about felting so wondering if it's fixable.

I would have thought it could be felted back on, if you had a felting tool.

Totally fixable.
Pull the fibres on the body and the bit that's come of out a bit, to make them a bit rougher IYSWIM.
Then start with one section that's come off, Put it back where it came from and use a needle to attach it back into place. Basically stab the needle through the layers of felt at a 90 degree angle over and over and over again. Don't stab yourself!
