Posting here for traffic...does anyone else get really bad nipple pain when it's cold?! Mine are like bullets and my right one is killing me! Only the hairdryer provides any relief 😄

No 😂

There is another thread where the OP needs the heating on at 30 degrees, you would be friends 🤣

I suspect it might be nipple raynauds because they turn white it's the worst pain!

No pain but mine look like the jelly sweets in dolly mixtures all the time. Not the green ones though 😂

MessyTess · 25/11/2023 14:49

Yes!! My nipples become unbelievably painful in cold weather, brings tears to my eyes!!

Garman · 25/11/2023 14:54

That’s Raynauds/vasospasm.

Currently have my right boob pressed against our big wall radiator to warm the boob 😄

I thought so!

Could you get those little reusable handwarmers, the ones with the metal disk that you crack.
They're quite slim so you could put them in your bra like portable boob radiators?

Fawbs89 · 25/11/2023 15:02

Haha I love this idea! Portable radiators for the win!

My colleague gets Raynaulds in her nipples. She carries small handwarmers to shove in her bra when she's outside.

I got this in Pregnancy, and with some medication I had to take for blood pressure! You can get medication to help called Nifedipine if it's really bothersome.

I think layers and a funnel necked top might be more practical than the radiator.

Get a thermal vest/long sleeved top under a wool jumper.

Spinet · 25/11/2023 15:18

This happened to me both times I was pregnant OP.
