Lidl toy bank!!

Wanted to encourage anyone who can afford it this Christmas to buy a toy for the Lidl toy bank! Would be great to get this trending!

Would love to hear from charities that receive the toys too and hear where they go.

So AIBU to ask what you are you are buying for the collection?

I’ll go first! I went a bit all out as I really enjoy buying for it and have been quite lucky this year with the finances.

I brought:

• A mermaid barbie
• Little Pokémon toy
• A few books
• Small lego set
• Peppa pig doctor kit

I added some bits at our lidl last year. I'd like to know whether they all go back to a central distribution centre or are they sorted and handed out to local charities?

I donated mine to Tesco. A local charity will collect at the end of the month.

I was thinking of buying some bits from Lidl for our local council's collection, didn't know Lidl actually collect themselves so will put the toys in there and take the winter clothes to the council 😀

I was just discussing this with dh. My dc are older, what’s popular right now?
