I haven't bought these for a while, as they are now so expensive. However, when I went to Sainsburys this week, I noticed they were reduced from £1.85 to £1 with a Nectarcard.

I therefore stocked up, and greedily bought SIX packs. I opened a pack tonight, and instead of NINE biscuits, there were only EIGHT!!! No mention on the pack, although when I look at the SMALL PRINT, and Googled, I notice the weight is less than it was.

However, although they forgot to label this reduction in biscuit numbers on the packet, they have apparently improved the packaging, as it says "Now resealable, with a new paper tray" 🤔

I guess it served me right for being so greedy. Would it be unreasonable to take the other five packs back to complain about the lack of labelling?!? 😂

they have changed the recipe too so taste shit. Have stopped buying them,

I can put up with reduced numbers and smaller packets of stuff - manufactuers like everyone have to cover increased prices.

It's when they reduce the quality and claim "New improved recipe" hacks me off. I don't want crap at the old price, I'll pay more and have the product I want to eat please.

they taste horrible now.

Not the lovely milk chocolate of yore, but a nasty greasy stale taste nothing like what I associate with these.

These are so unenjoyable.

I started this post almost a year ago, and haven't bought them since. However, I thought I'd look up the price, and they are on offer again today... Last year, I wrote "when I went to Sainsburys this week, I noticed they were reduced from £1.85 to £1 with a Nectarcard".
Now, I can update this - today, they were £2.25 reduced to £1.50 with a Nectar card...!!!🤔
