Approaching the age of 35, I've been experiencing intermittent soreness and tenderness in my left nipple for the past three months. There are no lumps or secretions, and I'm feeling generally well. While I don't think it's necessary to consult a GP as it might not be a gynaecological issue.
It's possible that it's a transient issue that will resolve on its own?
