So fed up with Evri

So I order something and the parcel goes to Evri and so many times I get a message saying "we cannot deliver your parcel today but will let you know when it is out for delivery on the next working day." 9 times out of 10 this turns out to mean it's lost. But you have to wait another 10 days or so and then go back to the company to get a refund. They usually forward you that message and you explain that that's been there for 10 days or more. Am so fed up with it. It's actually putting me off ordering from companies who use Evri. Next - I'm looking at you. And where do all the parcels go....???!!! Stolen or....????!!! Such a waste of money I don't know why anyone still uses them Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Oh wow! I order a lot from NEXT and my 2 Evri delivery men are brilliant. I've never had anything go missing and if I'm not in they always deliver to my 'safe place'.
Sorry you're having so much hassle 😕

I've had those messages a few times from Evri but nearly always got the parcels within the next couple of days. A few years ago they lost one of my parcels then delivered the replacement to the wrong street. I was given a free replacement and then the person from the next street brought my parcel round so I ended up with two. Another time they misread the door number and the scumbags who received my parcel (I could tell which house it was from the delivery pic) wouldn't answer the door to give it back. Thankfully most of the companies I deal with use Royal Mail. Yodel is just as bad if not worse than Evri

I've never had an issue with evri but I always get parcels sent to the coop
