To consider a temporary gastric balloon

2 back to back pregnancies where I actually struggled to gain weight gain diet (shakes) and pcos have meant I am genuinely the same weight as I was 4 weeks PP. it will take months to lose 1/2 kg and I can never lose more than that, and then went for a weekend away (definitely didn’t go crazy, and have a binge, don’t drink sugary drinks or have alcohol) and gained 2kg in a long weekend. Knowing the maths, it doesn’t seem possible (ie 3500 cals in a 1lb of fat) and I track what I eat and make the healthier lower calorie choices for the most part) but I’m weighing once a week and it seems like a true gain.

so that being said, struggling to lose 5kg. I’ve read about the temporary balloon, you swallow it and it’s there for 16 weeks. Anyone had this?
