My friend and I live at opposite ends of the country, we hardly get to see each other. But she mentioned a trip she was going on and it would mean travelling through my town. I've never been to the area she was going to and I said I'd always wanted to go. She suggested we meet up there and she would let me know if it was going ahead. I told my daughter about it and we were both excited, to see my friend and travel to that area. Nothing got mentioned about it and I assumed it was either off or postponed, as no firm date was set. I was on facebook and saw photos she had posted of her on the trip. I commented, but no reply. I'm so disappointed. Do you think this means she either forgot about the idea or she changed her mind about meeting us? So confused and sad.
