Pulsatile tinnitus and hormones/PMT

Aibu to post for traffic?!

Does anyone else get pulsatile tinnitus a few days before their period? I have started getting it in perimenopause and it’s driving me NUTS.

I recently had bloods done etc & a heart health thing & all good. I could be a bit anaemic as I eat mainly plant based diet but I do take iron.

Its generally hormone related and linked to my cycle- anyone else get it?

I had it when I was pregnant and anaemic. I would get your bloods checked or at least try an iron supplement like spatone.
