Strep A then chicken pox

I'm posting here for traffic.

My daughter currently has mild strep A which is responding to antibiotics.

My son has chicken pox (caught from nursery) so will almost certainly pass this onto his 4 year old sister.

I know I'm being neurotic but I'm very worried about how the strep A might make my daughter's chicken pox more serious especially as she will have got a big viral dose of chicken pox from her brother.

I have actually got a similar worry as my child is currently experiencing strep A (only just started antibiotics) but has also recently developed sores in her mouth and blister son hands aka hand foot and kouth that's been wild in her nursery. I am worried about the same thing
