So my housing association house has been deemed uninhabitable as I made a formal complaint due to 10 years of reacurrant mould and damp everywhere in the house and several of other issues. It was deemed as needing 'extensive repairs' by a independent house surveyor and the woman dealing with my complaint ( it's at stage one) after being ignored said that she recommends us moving out either temp or perm for repairs to be done. But when is this likely to happen? Anyone got any experience ? Aibu to think it should be quick as we can't continue to live here with extensive issues !?
