In post lost parcel

I sent 2 separate parcels via inPost around 10 days ago. They were both returns to ASOS.

They were both picked up at the same time. One made it back to ASOS 2 days later but the other one said it had been picked up by the courier and there hasn't been any movement on it since.

I have emailed inPost and they are investigating. I had tried to returned a pair of £200 boots, so I'm getting a bit concerned.

What is the likelihood that they will refund me the full amount? Has anyone else had experience with this?

Assuming that Asos organized the return, InPost are acting as their agent and you have effectively handed the goods to them. So they should refund you even if they never receive them back.

Contact ASOS inpost are always losing stuff

Did you put them both in the same locker?

This is why I never use InPost. Much prefer dropping off to an Evri shop as you get proof of sending.

I hope to works out OP

It's worked out really well!!

InPost were taking forever to get back to me so I have just been in contact with ASOS and they resolved the issue straight away.

They've processed the refund and I should receive it in 5-10 days.

Thank god for that!!!
