I could order it from USA, but it's not an inexpensive book to begin with, and I have (in the past) been charged awful shipping charges AND import taxes....
I am aware of other books to purchase that are written on the subject of raw cuisine, and I do have a couple.
Also YouTube is good for providing info.
If I knew a friend or relative were making plans to travel to the states, I would hope they would be kind enough to bring it home for me....
... as that possibility is highly unlikely, in the meantime I'm gonna be unreasonable, and ask mumsnetters....

Unfortunately for me, I do mean the physical book.
I do love the "presence" of a book.
The only other way I can sort of do it is by writing it out myself from the ebook version.. but then I wouldn't have all the lovely photos showing the completed dish...
I expect there may be some technical way of downloading the photos, but I've not got a printer, nor know anyone with one.
When I saw so many responses, I allowed myself to feel excitement.
I live in hope....

Curiosity got the better of me, and I tried to have a peek at the ebook, but I think that my very old iPhone won't support that action, as I can't access it that way.

have you tried the Charity shops that have an online presence and Awesome Books? I’d recommend visiting charity shops regularly

I fell you OP. All the pastry books I want are £50 + on Amazon.

Always check out the charity shops...
Had some amazing success with other items there, but so far, and tbf I would be gobsmacked if it were there, no luck.
I prob stand more chance of someone visiting the states who I can beg a favour of.... tho, that's fairly unlikely too!
