I’m born late July 1994 so I said I’m in my 30’s now and was corrected. It’s like people don’t know about rounding up.

I'm nearly 43, going to start rounding down to 32.

If you're closer to 30 than 29 then yes rounding up is at your discretion. The closer you get to 40 the more you'll find yourself rounding down so enjoy it while you can! 🫠
