Fireworks argument

Same every year. FB posts saying they can't believe fireworks are going off any day other than Nov 5th or going on at all. Pets and babies affected. Replies from others saying tradition should be upheld/ displays often fund charities/ its a few days a year, suck it up. Should moderators just ban these discussions immediately? No one changes their mind and they degrade into insults.

Nah just ignore the posts and let them argue. It's a national sport.

It's one of those issues where people are never going to agree. I feel the same about the constant SM posts. It's so boring and achieves nothing!
