Another parking one

Evening all
I am hoping for a little bit of insight into parking please as I have never had allocated parking before and hoping someone can help me understand.

733,732&731 have 2 allocated parking spaces each, the end 733 which does not have a house number on the ground I think may be for visitors of 733,732&731

736 have their own 2 allocated parking spaces, but parks in the visitor space (733) whenever its free

Can we tell him to use his own spaces?

I rent housing association so I'm not sure how much they can tell me about who that space belongs to?
We may not own the house but we pay alot of money every month in rent and it's not fair someone who has 2 of his own spaces is using our visitor/spare space

He is parked there now for the night while his 2 spaces are sat empty (walked round and had a look)

Which is your house? 733? In which case, why do you say 'the' visitor space, as 733 has three spaces allocated according to the map.

B3c0808 · 02/11/2023 23:15

Yes I am 733, but the end one is not numbered on the ground like the rest which is why I assumed it isn't actually our space
Sorry if I'm not making any sense

I will try explain it better
On the map it shoes 733 has 3 spaces
But there is only 2 spaces that have a numbered plaque on the ground (732 and 731 also have their allocated spaces with a numbered plaque)
The end space has nothing there

So is he parked in the unnumbered space do you mean? If it isn't numbered I'm not sure you can do much since that still leaves two spaces for 733 (unless I've misunderstood)

JaniceBattersby · 02/11/2023 23:21

Just always park your car in the visitor space first and leave the other two empty?

B3c0808 · 02/11/2023 23:21

Yes that's right it's unnumbered
I just find it so annoying the parking is tight enough as it is, he is parked there when his 2 allocated spaces are empty

We often see him reverse in to see if it's free and if it's not he will go into his own space

If you have guests that need to park when he’s in the visitors space just tell them to use one of his allocated parking spaces if they’re empty

Tinkerbyebye · 02/11/2023 23:24

Why don’t you ask the housing association? Ask if you have 3 spaces and that you need the third one numbering

ask them to speak to 736 and ask them to park in their own space. It’s nearer to that house anyway

B3c0808 · 02/11/2023 23:26

I rang housing association a few months ago and all they said is to go and speak to him myself
I may have to call again and ask for someone to please supply some info

Show him the plan where it’s marked as one of your three spaces. Ask him politely not to park there again.

Melonportal · 02/11/2023 23:32

Is you parking not detailed in your tenancy agreement?

B3c0808 · 02/11/2023 23:40

I checked my tenancy agreement and it says to check the plans (which is I think what I have attached) but I am unsure if that's the plans they mean
