I'm so fed up. I know what the issue is. I am in an unhappy marriage and my mental health is very very poor. Not just because of marriage but in general as well.
I also have pms right now.
I have children so can't crawl I to bed and sleep like I desperately want to.
What do other people do to try and get you through hard times.
I can't see any joy in doing anything and have zero motivation getting dressed today is a struggle.
I don't need advice like leaving unhappy marriage etc. That's a whole other thread. But little things to get you through.
Oh I also have no spare cash so spending on myself is not an option.

Hour by hour @chickenkeev 🥰

Minute by minute! But sure, we're all still standing! (To varying degrees in my case, but that's by the by 😂)

Getting out for a walk even if brief I always find it helps and this time of year getting some colour in your cheeks and coming back to a hot cuppa is welcome.
Watch comfort TV / Netflix etc - usually stuff have watched countless times before but it just feels reassuring.
Either see / talk to friends or family even if just everyday chatter it helps me not feel so meh and alone in my own thoughts.
Nice warm bath.
If I can manage to make sure having healthy snacks meals etc. this also can help me feel more positive.
Listen to music I know I like.
YouTube dance work out (sometimes 😂)
Reading
Wordsearch/Arrorword etc.
Something physical like sorting out cupboard / cleaning etc. Also feels good once done!

Do talk to family / friends if you feel able to and your GP as well.
