Aibu or do these new depression headsets like 'flow' work?

I am desperate to find something to help with my anxiety and depression.

I'm sceptical even of the trust pilot reviews and would just love to know anyone who has used it and had results. Thank you

I have one and I've been using it for about a month now. It does seem to be helping in that I'm not getting the mood swings and feel more stable. The constant rumination and intrusive negative thoughts have stopped too. I'm on an antidepressant as well and take two supplements for depression, so a combination of all these things are helping.

I got the Flow headset because my antidepressant wasn't controlling the depression any longer. It's okay for anxiety though so I'll stay on it.

I'll probably end up buying the Flow headset because I just have it on rental at the moment.
