Anon as I have no idea.
Married 3 yrs together over 10. He has 2 previous kids and an ex wife all of which i have never met in 10 years, they live in elsewhere .
Husband has been maintaining to the sum of 700 monthly up to March gone. Which is a significant amount in his national currency. Anyway he chanced his arm and cut his son off on the basis of his age (24) and ex had agreed he wasn't entitled to maintenance since a few months prior (so has basically paid nearly 3 years over in maintenance) . Now as his other son is 18 and rumoured to be in work he said he'd not send the maintenance and see what happens... (I want to add I am in no way condoning this as all is court ordered from years ago) now exW is saying said child is in school but won't sent proof. H has wrote to court asking for said proof but exW has said she's miffed he did this and there has been no progress.
I'm not bitter but worried my H will have trouble as although the maintenance is held up on his account and not sent for his second child what happens now. She's threatening all sorts and saying the child is in school but won't send proof. Please advise or am I naive. Thank you.
