Ticketmaster, huge company, sell hundreds of millions of tickets every year, and yet they don’t provide any telephone number or email address for any of these hundreds of millions customers to speak to them? They have a monopoly so they can do what they like, which is apparently offer a useless chatbot.
AIBU to wonder who ticketmaster is accountable to and how it can be that I have literally no way of speaking to a human being at this massive multinational that I’ve bought a product from that I have an issue with? And on top of their issues with pricing, reselling, queuing and horrible purchasing processes, they seem to be absolutely shameless and yet who is there to restrain them?
