Badly fitted flooring - unsure

I hope someone can help… my mum has had a very large room covered in Camaro flooring (made by polyfloor) & it’s been a disaster from start to finish.

Aside from issues with the fitters, the prep, the finish and now a patchy adhesive haze across the floor… I can see weird gaps.

There is no expansion gap around the room (it is fitted to the skirting board not under it) which also worries me, but some boards don’t seem close enough together. Would anyone look at these pics & tell me AIBU?

pic 1 is well fitted, pic 2 is IMO not.

YANBU - this isn’t fitted well
YABU - this is fine

YANBU can you send the images to Polyfloor itself they may have a technical department which would back up your concerns.

They sound supportive.

Thanks! That’s so helpful. Online reviews of the customer service sept are fairly dismal too. I went to the suppliers and fitter today - they are coming tomorrow to discuss the adhesive that’s smeared across the floor.

honestly it’s been hellish.
