I moved into a house a few weeks ago. Sky/Openreach were supposed to install fibre 2 weeks ago. They have both sent engineers out a couple of times and spent about 10 days arguing over who's fault the issues were. They have now decided it is something Openreach need to fix. However Openreach keep telling me they'll come out on a particular day but never turn up. This has happened 3 times now. They are now saying they don't know when they'll come out, could be weeks.
I know this sounds like first world problems but I have severe mental health issues, I have weekly zoom calls with my psychiatrist and use apps constantly to keep me calm. There is no 4G or phone service at the property so I'm completely cut off. I have had to book into a Travelodge this evening just to be able to send some emails, make phone calls.
It's severely affecting my mental health but I don't know what to do. It has already been escalated to both Sky and Openreach's Welfare teams over a week ago but it hasn't made any difference.
Any ideas about what to do in this situation? Have already contacted my MP but no luck there yet.
