I’m never a good temperature

In any temperature above 19 degrees I’m too hot, I get hot and sticky very quickly, even a 5 minute walk will see me sweating. By comparison as soon as it cools even a little (it was 14 degrees today where I am) I’m literally freezing, my toes and fingers and stone cold, I am currently sat on the sofa in jumper, socks, dressing gown and 2 blankets. It’s 18 degrees in my living room. Why am I never a good middle ground temperature? If it were 1 degree higher in there I’d quickly start sweating and stripping layers. Aibu to think there might actually be something wrong with me?! FWIW I’m 33 and I’ve been like this as long as I can remember.

I am the same. It has to be precisely between 22 and 24 degrees or I'm either too cold or too hot.
I don't think there is anything wrong, honestly. I am fit and healthy otherwise.

Thyroid?

I am like this, but in my case I think it is due to fibromyalgia. I have to try to cool myself if too hot or heat myself up quickly if I am not comfortable as otherwise it causes pain. The too hot aspect was definitely worse running up to the menopause.

I am finding a heated throw on the sofa good at the moment as it warms you very quickly.

You are not alone! I have the same issue. The feeling cold in the winter bothers me more. I constantly need the heater on but of course that isn't sustainable.

Even with the temperature being around 11 degrees today, I have two sweaters on and two thermal tops on underneath 😂

I tried iron supplements last winter but they didn't help me at all. It's something which has only hit me in the last 3-4 years.

Sadly I've just come to accept it.
