A conservatorship is for someone so unwell they cannot feed, dress or look after themselves and isn't supposed to last 13 years, but until they are able to look after themselves. Other male celebrities use drugs, sleep around, drink alcohol, are violent, have mental health problems and are not under a conservatorship (like Amanda Bynes).
