Brief summary...
Had issue after issue with mould in my property over 10 years ( housing association)
Had surveyor after surveyor come who all blamed me.. I've made multiple formal complaints
Until a surveying manager came to see me at my house she listed the list of jobs she would order and none of been done
Tried months and months to get this manager to contact me with an update all of which she ignored
So finally she got back to me today after months and asked 'oh has no work been done?' Acting completely dumb to the situation
So she's ordered someone from Arcas (?) to come do a house survey to see if works really need doing ??
So is this a delay tactic yet again? Or could this mean a positive thing?
Anyone went through this ?
Also she mentioned being moved out on a temp or permanently basis for works to take place depending on how much needs Doing
A brick layer came to do some work on the outside a few weeks ago but could only do so much because they only get 2 hour windows but they not due to come back till 19th December !!!!! So living in a mouldy house for longer and he's said that all the mortar between bricks is failing and needs repointing and said that he could easily get a brick out which isn't a good thing
So would they actually move me out and do the works after this survey ? I've clean the mould off as it's starting to get cold now it's coming back so the survey guy won't see it at it's worst can I show him pictures of how bad it gets ?
