Thought to post in case someone is considering and wanted a real life opinion. They took 3 hours, I will have a touch up in 6 weeks. They take 4-6 weeks to heal. £395 in price, last 2-3 years before needing retouching. Didn’t hurt, just a scratching feeling which I found relaxing. They don’t scab like micro blading when healing. Ask me anything !!

What’s the difference? Mine are micro bladed and we’re done almost two years ago. The lines aren’t as sharp as they were and I think need redone soon.

PurpleRayne89 · 21/10/2023 16:47

@DamnItBetsy microblading goes deeper into the skin. Nanoblading is a gentler approach.

I’ll admit I don’t love the shape but perhaps if I saw your whole Face id say different. They certainly look neat though.

PurpleRayne89 · 21/10/2023 16:54

@RudsyFarmer thanks. They suit my face so I think it’ll make a difference if you saw my entire face. I wanted her to follow the natural shape of my existing eyebrows.

It’s the very high arch at the end that makes them look a bit Towie.

PurpleRayne89 · 21/10/2023 17:10

@RudsyFarmer Lol I’m not sure what Towie is. I don’t wear any other makeup so they look natural and not over done.

It’s not quite in focus so I’m struggling to see the lines/strokes clearly but the shape really does follow your natural shape, so she’s done a good job there.
Glad you’re pleased with them, I’ve seen a few people on TikTok crying about theirs so you must have gone to someone good!

I had my eyebrows micobladed in the summer, and retouching 3 weeks ago. It was the most painful thing I have ever experienced, even worse than childbirth. Perhaps I should try this next tine

Livedandlearned · 21/10/2023 17:26

I think they look good

MolkosTeenageAngst · 21/10/2023 17:31

I had never heard of nanoblading (or micro blading) and just googled what it is. Am I right that it’s essentially an eyebrow tattoo? Is it a tattoo that goes under your natural eyebrows to give them a background colour and to give you a stencil for which hairs to pluck and which to leave or do you remove your eyebrows completely so you only have the nanobladed tattoo visible? If you remove the eyebrows how do you do this? Do you shave them off or is the hair removed as part of the micro/ nanoblading process? Will you have to do any eyebrow upkeep over the next 2-3 years, if so, what will you still have to do and how is this different to what you would be doing without the tattoo?

Ktime · 21/10/2023 17:35

I think they look great, OP.

@WeWestendVBroadway - I had mine microbladed 2 years ago & it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Funny how we're all so different!
