Winter hasn't started yet and DD1 has been coughing since two weeks. She's on her second dose of antibiotics as she already had a ear infection in September and now the GP says he can hear crackling sound in her lungs. GP says it's just the weather and many bugs going around and she's just 4 so her immune system is still developing. She keeps coughing violently sometimes until she throws up. She doesn't want to eat anything. I'm giving her lemon and honey, slathering vicks on the soles of her feet, steam inhalation with olbas oil. Nothing is helping the poor child. I want to help her with this miserable cough. She was unable to attend school whole of last week. I'm so scared thinking of how the whole winter will pass. Cough cough coughing the night away. How can I help her. My friend suggested me Benylin I tried that but also failed to help her cough. What can be done to end this evil miserable cough and get back my poor DD to her healthy happy self?
