Should I be concerned?

I’m having really bad chest pain. Not like usual chest pain, but almost like a tightness behind it all. Really hard to describe. It’s so uncomfortable. I also keep getting a weird sensation in my throat, as if something wants to come out but isn’t. I feel really dizzy and fairly bloated.

is this worth getting checked out or is it just likely reflux or something?

A&E now.

If a patient calls us at work and says they have chest pain that feels tight that's when we tell them to hang up and call 999.

Especially if you have any pain in your neck or jaw, down your left arm, any sweating or breathlessness.

Just call 999 or go to A&E please

DeliahSmilah · 19/10/2023 19:38

Phone 999

Nuca · 19/10/2023 19:51

If you’re genuinely concerned you’re having a heart attack why are you posting on mumsnet!?
